When you confirm your booking, you will receive our 24/7 support phone numbers. For any questions, you can call us or send us a WhatsApp message at +34 971 364 676.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry, our team monitors all flights.
If your flight arrives less than 6 hours later than the scheduled time, we will reschedule your transfer at no extra cost.
If the delay exceeds that time, a new booking will be required, as the assigned driver will no longer be available.
Can I modify my transfer?
Yes. To modify a booking, you must contact us by email at least 48 hours before the service at reservas@berlinasmenorca.com, indicating your booking number and the details you wish to change.
Due to the high volume of emails, you must also call +34 971 364 676 to ensure the change is processed.
Please note that, for shared transfers, the pick-up time cannot be modified.
The change is only confirmed once you receive your new modified booking.
My flight has been cancelled and I no longer need the transfer. Can I cancel it?
Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified less than 48 hours in advance.
If you need to claim the cost of the transfer from the airline, you can request the invoice at contabilidad@berlinasmenorca.com and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Can I travel with a wheelchair?
Yes, we have two adapted vehicles available.
You must request the booking by email at reservas@berlinasmenorca.com so we can manually check availability.
We will ask you for the necessary details to prepare a personalised quote.
Will I share the vehicle with other passengers?
Shared transfer (shuttle): Yes, the vehicle is shared with other travellers.
Private and premium transfers: The vehicle is for the exclusive use of the passengers included in the booking.
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
After collecting your luggage, please go to our Menorca Transfers Services office, located in the public arrivals area of the terminal.
A member of our team will welcome you and direct you to your vehicle.
Can I travel with pets?
Yes, but you must inform us in advance.
Pets must travel in accordance with legal regulations and under the traveller’s responsibility.
If restraint systems are used, they take up one seat, which must be booked.
The passenger must have civil liability insurance for any incident related to the pet.
How much luggage can I bring per person?
Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.

Can I make an extra stop before reaching my destination?
No. Standard transfers are between two points with no intermediate stops.

Is the use of baby seats and child booster seats mandatory?
Shared transfers: We cannot offer this service.
Private and premium transfers: These can be added as extras during the booking process.
The decision and responsibility for their use always lies with the child’s parents or legal guardians.
