Excellent Service
Excellent service. We were a party of 7 and the driver was waiting for us at Menorca airport and we travelled in a lovely a/c people carrier (Mercedes I think). The driver was on time picking us up from our hotel on the return journey too. When I booked I had a few queries so emailed the company and they replied promptly to all my queries. Really excellent service. Our flight into Menorca was late but the driver was waiting and the bus was right outside the terminal. The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly. Booking process was easy and clear, driver was efficient and friendly but professional. Was there waiting for us as we got off the plane with my name on a card, journey to our villa was smooth. Pick up was on time and we got to the airport in plenty of time. He contratado (adjunto foto de prueba) la MINI VAN BLANCA, la de la foto, que reza "PRIVADO 01-03PX. 3 PLAZAS. 97€ *IVA INCLUIDO" para un traslado aeropuerto Mahon/Menorca-Lago Resert Menorca y viceversa, y me han asignado un COCHE NORMAL. Y el tema en cuestión es que, según expresa de forma prepotente y altanera una tal María, por protección de datos no les es posible publicar la foto del coche. MIENTEN!!! Lo que en protección de datos no se puede publicar, es el número de matrícula. La empresa, en su respuesta a mi reseña en Google, nos acusan de mala educación, y sí, es la educación que demostramos ante el engaño, la estupidez y la publicación en su web de INFORMACIÓN FALSA Y ENGAÑOSA. Ante semejante situación bochornosa acceden a realizar el traslado de ida. Por si esto fuera poco, me han cancelado el servicio de salida, cuando HA SIDO UN ERROR DE LA EMPRESA, al publicar en la web información falsa! Très bien !

Worth it.
Lovely service and company. Very clean and comfortable and cost effective as it is very expensive taking a taxi to and from airport so book a shuttle service if you can. You get a mini tour of Menorca 😀 The shuttle Driver Julio was great company.

Perfect service. I booked a private airport return service for 4 adults and 2 children. I needed to change the times of my original booking as our airline had changed our flights. Customer service were very helpful on the phone and amended our original booking and emailed me confirmation of the change. When we landed at Mahon, our driver was there waiting with a named sign. He helped us with our bags and took us to his Mercedes MPV which was parked right outside the exit. The car was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The driver also helped us with our bags when we arrived at our hotel. Very friendly and professional. Our return journey was on time and again our driver was very friendly and professional and helped us with our bags. The Mercedes MPV cars that they use are very comfortable, clean and spacious and they were on time. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

Don’t worry as our team monitored flight arrivals. As long as your plane arrives within the same day that you had the reservation, we will relocate your transfer, and you can use your reservation under the same conditions.
Can I modify my transfer? To modify a reservation, you must contact us by phone, we will ask you to email us to info@menorca-transfers-services.com with your reservation number and the information you want to change. Please note that we receive many emails, so we need you to call us in time to guarantee the change. Remember that in the case of shared transfers it is not possible to modify the pick-up time as there are other stops. The change is confirmed when you receive the modified reservation from us again
My flight has been cancelled, and I don’t need the transfer. Can I cancel it? Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel transfers 24 hours in advance. In case your flight has been cancelled, the airline probably does not advise you so much time in advanced. We offer you the option of sending you an invoice for the transfer that has been affected and that can be used to prove the costs of the transfer from the airline in your claim.
Can I travel with a wheelchair? Of course, yes. In this case we need to know if the person using the wheelchair can move without it and access a vehicle or not. In case the person has reduced mobility, we need to reserve a transfer with enough space to transport the wheelchair or scooter. If the passenger needs a wheelchair to move around, email us with the reservation details, and we will send you a quote for an adapted vehicle with a ramp.
The vehicle is only shared if you book a shared transfer or shuttle. In this case, it is most likely that you will go with more passengers who are going to the same area as you and that the transfer will make several stops. In private and Premium transfers the vehicles are for exclusive use.
For shared transfers, we will be waiting for you in our office in the arrivals’ hall (MENORCA TRANSFERS SERVICES – BERLINAS MENORCA). In the case of private and premium transfers, a member of our team will wait for you in the arrivals terminal with a sign with the name that appears on the reservation.
Of course, our website protects payments through 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring that all your information will be encrypted and secure. In addition, we do not keep any data from your card for your security.

Can I travel with pets? Only in private or Premium transfers, but as it is a special service you must make this reservation by phone / email. We need to know the size of your pet and how are you going to transport it. We will have to reserve a space for it and its carrier. Each passenger can travel with a medium suitcase and a small package (laptop, camera or bag). If you are travelling with more luggage, book a car with more capacity to be sure your suitcases can travel without any problem.
It is not possible for the vehicle to make extra stops as it is a transfer service to or from the airport. If you need to book a disposal service, please contact us by mail at info@menorca-transfers-services.com or at the numbers (0034) 971363826 and (0034) 608199680, and we will offer you the option that best suits to your needs.
If you book a private or Premium transfer, and you travel with passengers under 12 years of age or with a height of less than 1.35 m, for safety reasons, we recommend that you use a baby or booster seat that can be booked in the reservation process on our website. This service is only offered under prior reservation, and it has a cost of €8.25 per seat / journey. This option is not available for shared transfers.
