Excellent Service
Excellent service. We were a party of 7 and the driver was waiting for us at Menorca airport and we travelled in a lovely a/c people carrier (Mercedes I think). The driver was on time picking us up from our hotel on the return journey too. When I booked I had a few queries so emailed the company and they replied promptly to all my queries. Highly recommended
Really excellent service. Our flight into Menorca was late but the driver was waiting and the bus was right outside the terminal. The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly. Booking process was easy and clear, driver was efficient and friendly but professional. Was there waiting for us as we got off the plane with my name on a card, journey to our villa was smooth. Pick up was on time and we got to the airport in plenty of time. GATO POR LIEBRE
He contratado (adjunto foto de prueba) la MINI VAN BLANCA, la de la foto, que reza "PRIVADO 01-03PX. 3 PLAZAS. 97€ *IVA INCLUIDO" para un traslado aeropuerto Mahon/Menorca-Lago Resert Menorca y viceversa, y me han asignado un COCHE NORMAL. Y el tema en cuestión es que, según expresa de forma prepotente y altanera una tal María, por protección de datos no les es posible publicar la foto del coche. MIENTEN!!! Lo que en protección de datos no se puede publicar, es el número de matrícula. La empresa, en su respuesta a mi reseña en Google, nos acusan de mala educación, y sí, es la educación que demostramos ante el engaño, la estupidez y la publicación en su web de INFORMACIÓN FALSA Y ENGAÑOSA. Ante semejante situación bochornosa acceden a realizar el traslado de ida. Por si esto fuera poco, me han cancelado el servicio de salida, cuando HA SIDO UN ERROR DE LA EMPRESA, al publicar en la web información falsa! Très bien !
Nous étions un groupe de dix personnes , nous avions réservé en ligne le trajet aéroport - hotel ainsi que le retour ...le chauffeur nous attendait à notre arrivée avec une pancarte à mon nom. Worth it.

Perfect service. I booked a private airport return service for 4 adults and 2 children. I needed to change the times of my original booking as our airline had changed our flights. Customer service were very helpful on the phone and amended our original booking and emailed me confirmation of the change. When we landed at Mahon, our driver was there waiting with a named sign. He helped us with our bags and took us to his Mercedes MPV which was parked right outside the exit. The car was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The driver also helped us with our bags when we arrived at our hotel. Very friendly and professional. Our return journey was on time and again our driver was very friendly and professional and helped us with our bags. The Mercedes MPV cars that they use are very comfortable, clean and spacious and they were on time. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again
